Most of the team are currently, or have been, school governors themselves, or have worked very closely with governors in both maintained schools and colleges and Academies. We truly understand the nature of governance, the challenges it brings, the extraordinary hard work it involves and most of all, we understand and recognise the vital significance of really good governance to the maintenance of school improvement, success and improved outcomes for children.
